What is ACTA?  ACTA is the Anti-Counterfeiting Trade Agreement. A new intellectual property enforcement treaty being negotiated by the United States, the European Community, Switzerland, and Japan, with Australia, the Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Mexico, Jordan, Morocco, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Canada recently announcing that they will join in as well.

Happy Lunar New Year, folks!

RIGHT. I did manage to get in my draft for witchesbigbang. Near to the last moment.

Where until about midnight last night, I was nearly four thousand words short. >.> (Which is the result of a week when I didn't seem to be able to properly put words together.) And then I decided I would do it, wrote until 2 last night (getting around 2.5K words in), and then finished this morning.

I should really stop doing this... the story is one I can write and want to write, so, dear self, enough. Write daily, not all in a bunch.

In other news, today was supposed to be raining with a bit of flurries in the evening. AHAHAHAH surprise snowstorm. Not that I mind, it was kind of time that this winter became winter, but gyah. Also, pretty.

Now... mm. Well. When I get home. Catch up with game tags, and all the sleep. (Oh yes, I did get back to my kanas today. And I think I finished the main set.

Getting excitement meant that I haven't been writing (although today and yesterday was also partly due to work stuffs) and I will be paying for that tomorrow and Friday.

Also, short weekend for me (Saturday is official working day) which makes me all -_-, but I can deal with that. And yes, I have a scattered. I think that means I'll curl up with Small Gods for a little while, and then crash early again, I've been doing that a lot this week.

Tomorrow, all the words. And all the attention. Victory shall be mine!

WOW shit is flying over the internet this morning. This is after having to deal with... four? emotional flares before it's 10 a.m. and I have little hope that it's going to get much better.

Guys, I love you all. I promise you.

But I won't be taking sides right now.

I am tired, I'm PMSing, I think a whole lot of people are overreacting (except for the part where people can LITERALLY not load LJ, and any journal of mine where you have a problem with that, let me know and I'll enable custom pages - that's not overreacting, that's legitimate rage) and I think everybody needs to take a step back, count to ten, drink a glass of water, find something beautiful and nice to see or hear, then come back to the discussion in twenty-four hours or so.

Everybody is exhausted from the holidays. Anxiety is running high.
